Hey, finally got around to checking it out! Nice, interesting mechanic, good atmos and cute graphics. All the building blocks of a fun little game. The levels felt a bit samey and movement was a bit too easy. I saw the hint about using a bomb as a booster, but it was easy enough to just roll up the walls if I needed to. I would have loved some more challenging enemies and ability to hurt them or at least bury them.
A worthy submission and thanks again for playing mine.
I have Avast Anti Virus software and it tends to block the application from running. Try running as administrator or add an exception for the program. For whatever reason it just happens with almost any unity game. Something I hope they figure out a solution to.
Really fun game, there is something really charming in this rolling guy bouncing on walls trying no to get killed by himself, spikes or monsters (Skulls are really hard!)
I really liked that the "R" just takes you back and doesn't reset the level; If you ever update the game I would love to see different types of bombs and blocks (You now like bombs that explode into smaller bombs or blocks that fall like sand) maybe even a shop to use the coins.
Thanks Moriko for playing the game! I'm glad you liked it. Me and my friend will probably work on a finished project after the 7DLR jam is over. We have talked about lots of ideas and what not, but I'll keep it a surprise until then.
Hey, did you extract the folder named 'Rotund Dungeon' from the .zip? Unity games wont run inside an archived folder. If it's not that get back to me and I'll see what I can do to help!
FYI the executable inside the app doesn’t have execute permission for some reason. For anyone else who wants to run on mac, run this before opening:
chmod a+x ~/Downloads/Rotund\ Dungeon\ (Mac\ Build).app/Contents/MacOS/ROTUND\ DUNGEON
(or wherever the app is)
Thanks for the feedback! If I ever come back and work on the project more I'll most likely add a feature that let's you attack monsters...probably some way with different types of bombs.

My anti-virus deleted the executable when I tried to run it.

Anyway, really fun game!

Looks cool! But I can’t play! Is Mac supported? I see the support icon, but can’t work out how to run it from what’s in the archive…

I extracted it, but I only see .exe’s inside the folder, no .app for mac.
I see what went wrong. I uploaded the wrong .zip for the mac build. It should be fixed now.
Thanks for fixing this, it’s a fun game!

A lot of fun! I thought the reset mechanic was a nice touch. I just wish I could blow up more monsters ^-^
